We feature a wide range of window gaskets and weatherstripping in our lines for glazing, middle and sash weatherstripping and weatherseals. They can be used with PVC, wood and aluminum windows, doors and gates. Specially developed cross-sections provide permanent protection between the window and adjacent components and between the casement sash and frame. They also allow for rapid dry glazing to be carried out.
Our products, for plastic (PVC) and vinyl windows are the one step solution for tight fitting joints. The gasket and weatherstrip can be inserted by hand or by machine in a wrap around fashion to ensure fully enclosed corners and a continuous band of insulation.
For thermal and noise insulation reasons, aluminum windows and window elements typically use multi-layered constructions of different rubber mixtures. By linking the sealing profile and the sealing frame, our product offers a practical and economical solution for sealing and weatherstripping aluminum window units.
By targeting greater safety and efficient working we recommend
the use of a dry glazing
Assembly is made much easier with a Lubricating Varnish coating for window weatherstripping, making conventional gliding redundant. This Lubricating Varnish coating provides a permanent and defined gliding quality for installed weatherstripping and seals. This new type of colourless and clear polymer coating is also an assembly aid for rubber seals. It is suited for Plexiglas and Macrolon and can be used with self-cleaning glasses such as Pilkington-Activ-TM. Both kinds of coatings have noticeable benefits in comparison to the previous form of siliconizing. BENEFITS:
